Terms for using the Site, ordering, delivery and cancellation in the HydroFLOW Israel online shop.
These terms govern the use of the HydroFLOW Israel website (the “Site”) and purchases from its online shop. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

The content on the Site is general information about the products and technology. It is not engineering advice or a guarantee of results in a particular system. Results depend on site conditions, pipe type, water quality and use. HydroFLOW is not a disinfectant and does not replace an existing disinfection regime.
All copyright and intellectual property in the Site content belongs to HydroFLOW Israel and its suppliers. Do not copy, distribute or use it commercially without written permission.
Prices are in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT unless stated otherwise. The bundle price (Pearl + Pearl Plus) applies to the bundle purchase only.
An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order in the case of a material error in price or description, or if the product is out of stock, in which case any amount paid will be refunded.
Payment is by credit card through an external payment processor (iCredit). Card details are passed to the processor under its own procedures.
Self-collection from our Haifa office, by prior arrangement, Sunday–Thursday 9:00–16:00, at no extra cost.
Home delivery anywhere in Israel for an additional NIS 50. Delivery takes up to 12 business days from order confirmation. You choose the delivery option in the cart.
You may cancel a transaction made on the Site in accordance with Israel’s Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations, 5771-2010: within 14 days of receiving the product or the disclosure document about the transaction, whichever is later.
To cancel, contact us by email or phone and state the order number. Where the cancellation is not due to a defect, a mismatch with the details provided, or late delivery, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower, may be charged. The fee includes the delivery charge paid when ordering and any other expense connected with the transaction and its cancellation, and the total amount charged to the customer will not exceed the amount stated. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was delivered; if its condition has deteriorated significantly, we reserve the right to claim the reduction in its value, as the law permits.
Cost of return shipping: where the cancellation is not due to a defect, a mismatch with the details provided, or late delivery, the customer is responsible for returning the product to the company’s office (Sapir 5, Check Post, Haifa) and for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked shipping service. Where the cancellation is due to a defect, a mismatch between the product and the details provided, or late delivery, we will collect the product at our expense, and no cancellation fee will be charged.
The refund is made by the payment method used for the transaction, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, in accordance with the law.
Products bought on sale: products bought on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged beyond the rights set by law. The cancellation right under the Consumer Protection Law, and consumer rights in the case of a defect or non-conformity, also apply to products bought on sale.
A defective product, or one that does not match the order: contact us as soon as you find the defect and we will handle it under the Consumer Protection Law and the Sale Law, regardless of the cancellation right.
The warranty on HydroFLOW devices follows the warranty certificate and the manufacturer’s policy. For systems connected to the Hydropath Care platform, logging the installation date in the system activates the warranty period. For details or to request service: contact us.

These terms and every transaction on the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the law that applies to consumers.
We may update these terms from time to time. The binding version is the one on the Site when the order is placed.
