The HydroFLOW product range

Multihead Series

The HydroFLOW Multihead series is an industrial solution engineered for the toughest water-treatment challenges. Combining two or more HydroFLOW units, operating in parallel on the same large-diameter pipeline, the Multihead delivers performance nothing else can match — where standard systems fall short. Engineered for critical, high-pressure, large-scale operation — from power plants to massive industrial sites — the Multihead ensures maximum protection and efficiency.

About the technology

Built for the toughest conditions

The HydroFLOW Multihead is a one-of-a-kind device, based on multi-unit technology, that transforms water-treatment capabilities. Designed to treat pipelines from 700mm in diameter up to several metres, the Multihead creates a synchronised, powerful electric field across the entire pipe cross-section — even in the harshest environments. When operational requirements leave no room for compromise, the Multihead is the only solution.

Key benefits

What you get with the Multihead series

Double power on a single pipe

Two units work together to create a continuous, reinforced signal across the entire pipe diameter.

Built for extreme conditions

Designed for especially high flow rates, high system pressures and critical infrastructure.

The best protection from limescale and biofouling

Protects heat exchangers, boilers and cooling towers at industrial scale.

Full coverage, no blind spots

Complete treatment even across especially large pipe diameters.

Continuous 24/7 operation, no chemicals

A sustainable treatment, with no consumables and no ongoing maintenance.

Significant savings at industrial scale

Reduces chemical, maintenance, downtime and water-consumption costs.

Installation & power connection

No more a power socket — a permanent connection to the facility’s electrical grid

Unlike the residential models, the Multihead series is designed for a permanent, direct connection to the industrial electrical grid — not a simple plug-in connection. Installation location directly affects performance, and varies according to your specific water-system configuration. That’s why, before installation, our engineering team assesses the system on-site and determines the optimal installation point for you — to ensure the best result from day one.

extra year of warranty

Add monitoring from day one — and get an extra year of warranty

On top of the standard manufacturer warranty on the unit, installing a HydroKNCT controller with a sensor, together with the Hydropath Care management system, from day one of installation — earns you an extra year of warranty at no additional cost. Especially valuable for dual-unit systems like the Multihead, where continuous monitoring of the two units’ synchronisation supports long-term stability and performance.

Real-time tracking

View each unit’s signal output, temperature and power status on the control dashboard.

Instant alerts

For anomalies, voltage drops, power or internet outages, or a system fault.

Up to 6 systems per controller

Connect multiple HydroFLOW units to the same controller, with RJ45/LAN input to your existing network.

Status reports

Generate reports on the status of installed systems — easy to present and document.

FAQ

Questions about the Multihead series

Who is the Multihead series for?
Power plants, heavy industrial facilities and especially large-diameter pipelines (starting at 700mm), where a single HydroFLOW system doesn’t provide full coverage across the pipe cross-section.
Why are two units needed instead of one?
On especially large pipe diameters, a single unit can’t create a uniform electric field across the entire pipe cross-section. Two units operate in parallel and in sync to provide full coverage with no blind spots.
How is it installed?
Unlike the residential models, the Multihead requires a permanent connection to the industrial electrical grid. Our engineering team assesses the system on-site and determines the optimal installation point before the work begins.
Is ongoing maintenance required?
No. The system operates continuously, 24/7, with no chemicals and no consumables, and requires no ongoing maintenance.

Have an especially large-diameter water system?

Our engineering team will carry out a comprehensive assessment and design the precise Multihead solution for you — at no cost and with no obligation.
