The Hydroflow unit generates an electrical signal that causes a process of "induced flocculation" (enticement) without chemicals to optimize the quality of filtration. Installing the Hydroflow unit before the circulation pump will increase the particles and contribute to the reduction of bacterial contamination. With this treatment, it is possible to achieve a reduction in backwashing of the filtration systems by up to 3 times and save up to 50% in rinsing water.

In this process, the water becomes clearer and the filter is easier to clean. Installing the systems significantly reduces the amount of water, energy and chemicals used for heating and treatment. It also reduces the level of combined chlorine, chlorine odor and eye irritation.

Additionally, flocculation/entrainment is one of the most common methods for dealing with problems of microorganisms, especially in the treatment of Cryptosporidium, which worries many professionals in the swimming pool sector around the world.
